A special night to bid farewell to the year
The final evening of the year at Ansitz Heufler is an invitation to pause, spend time together and welcome the New Year in an intimate and special atmosphere.
The evening begins with an aperitif on the first floor in the historic "Herrenstube", accompanied by sparkling wine and small bites, before continuing in the restaurant with a five-course menu inspired by winter, the region and the Cook the Mountain philosophy.
The New Year’s Eve Menu
- "Kniekiechl" with sweetbread ragout
- Orzotto with pumpkin, alpine cheese and mushrooms
- Char with butter sauce and lake caviar
- Beef fillet with green pepper sauce
- New Year’s Eve dessert
As midnight approaches, the evening continues with music and convivial moments. To welcome the New Year together, one of the most traditional New Year’s Eve dishes will of course be served: cotechino and lentils.
A night to enjoy without haste, through cuisine, music and moments shared together.

The price includes the aperitif, the five-course menu and, at midnight, cotechino and lentils.
